Randy M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Randy is currently the Chief Operating Officer at PotomacWave, where they have been since December 2023. Before that, they served as the Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at the same company from October 2022 to December 2023. Prior to joining PotomacWave, Randy worked at the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) as a Physicist from February 2022 to September 2022. Randy also held various roles at the United States Department of Defense, including Senior Physicist from April 2018 to February 2022, Senior Supervisory Physicist from April 2014 to April 2018, and Research Physicist from July 2009 to April 2014. Randy's other experience includes working as an Adjunct Professor of Physics at Wright State University from May 2014 to December 2017 and as a Research Project Manager at the Air Force Research Laboratory from May 2004 to June 2009. Randy started their career in the US Marine Corps, serving as an Officer from July 2000 to May 2004.
Randy M. has completed the Command and Staff College at Marine Corps University and the Amphibious Warfare School, also at Marine Corps University. Randy holds a Master's Degree in Physics from Wright State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, Randy M. has earned a Key Performance Indicator Certificate (KPIC) from The George Washington University.
