Andrew Flynn

Andrew Flynn serves as the Founder and Designer at POTR, a company noted for developing the world’s first flat pack, self-watering planter range, and recognized with the Net Zero Award at Scottish Edge Round 19. Flynn also holds a position as a Lecturer in Product Design Engineering at The Glasgow School of Art. Previously, Flynn was the Head of Product Design at Wallbox Chargers, overseeing a multidisciplinary team in creating innovative charging solutions. Experience at Dyson includes various roles, culminating in Lead Industrial Designer, contributing to new product development in personal care. Earlier, Flynn worked as a Product Design Engineer at Radial Labs, engaged in consumer electronics, and held contract roles across multiple companies, including NCR Corporation and Bauhaus Luftfahrt. Flynn’s academic background features a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Product Design Engineering from both The Glasgow School of Art and the University of Glasgow.
