Darshan Patel

Darshan Patel has a diverse work experience in various technology and engineering roles. Darshan is currently working as a Founding Engineer at Potrero Labs, where they are involved in empowering Web3 creators and their communities. Prior to this, Darshan worked at Meta as a Tech Lead in Web3 Creator Monetization and also as a Senior Software Engineer in Creator Monetization. Darshan has also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Facebook, a Denning T&M Program Capstone Project Consultant at Acuity Brands, and an iOS and Android Developer at RoadSync. Additionally, Darshan has worked as a Technology Summer Scholar / Innovation Lab member at Deloitte, a Software Engineering Intern at GE Aviation, a Protection & Control Design Engineering Co-op at Southern Company, and a Student Assistant at Georgia Tech Research Institute. Through their work, Darshan has demonstrated skills in software development, technology innovation, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Darshan Patel completed their high school education at Southeast Whitfield High School from 2009 to 2013. Darshan then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017. During their time at the institute, they also pursued a minor in Engineering & Business through the Denning Technology & Management Program from 2015 to 2017.
