Miorel Palii

Miorel Palii has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career in 2006 as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Florida, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, they joined both Facebook and SingleStore, taking up roles as a Software Engineer/Tech Lead Manager and a Software Engineering Intern, respectively. Miorel Palii's tenure at Facebook lasted until 2022, during which they gained substantial experience in the field. In 2022, they founded their own company called Potrero Labs, where they currently hold the position of Founding Engineer.

Miorel Palii attended the University of Florida from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. During their time at the university, they studied Computer Science, Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, Physics, and also pursued a minor in Business Administration. Prior to their university education, Miorel attended the Eastside High School International Baccalaureate Program from 2002 to 2006. They received their high school diploma and studied Mathematics and French during their time at the program.
