Emily Marco

Emily Marco is an associate in the firm's Corporate Litigation Group. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

After law school, Emily served as a judicial law clerk to then-Vice Chancellor Kathaleen St. Jude McCormick and Vice Chancellor Morgan T. Zurn of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
