Olivier Debouche

Olivier Debouche is an experienced engineering manager currently serving as the Engineering Manager for Europe at Potters Industries since January 2020, following its sale by PQ Corporation in December 2020. Prior to this role, Olivier held multiple positions at PQ Corporation from June 2017 to December 2019, including Site Manager and CAPEX Manager, after the acquisition of Sovitec. Olivier's career began at Sovitec International as Operations Excellence Manager and Project and Process Engineer from January 2016 to June 2017. Olivier also contributed to SPX Cooling Technologies from September 2009 to January 2016 as Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer, managing large-scale projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Olivier holds a Master's degree in Electro-mechanical Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
