Chia-Hung Chen

Chia-Hung Chen serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pou Chen Corporation since August 2024, leading HR strategies for the company, which specializes in athletic and casual footwear manufacturing. Prior to this, Chia-Hung held the position of Global Senior HR Director and HR Head of South-Asia at YAGEO Group from July 2021 to July 2024, focusing on strategic HR support across multiple regions in Asia. Previous roles include Global HR Director at Pulse Electronics Corporation and Plant HR Manager at Corning Incorporated. Chia-Hung also contributed significantly as Regional HR Head at Jabil, overseeing substantial HR operations and staff. With a strong foundation in human resources, Chia-Hung's career began at Wego Management Consulting and Kind Management Consulting after earning a Master’s degree in Human Resources from National Central University.
