Michael Waido

Michael Waido's work experience includes teaching roles in the Poudre School District, where they taught various subjects to 6th-8th grade students and incorporated technology into their lessons. Michael also worked as a professional musician with their band, The Waido Experience, performing at various events and for charitable causes. Additionally, they worked as a recruiting manager for Farmers Insurance, where they were responsible for recruiting and supporting new agents. Michael also worked as a self-employed consultant, providing education and mentorship in schools in Colorado and Wyoming, with a focus on special education, gifted and talented, and English language learners. Michael also worked as a financial advisor and mortgage broker at First Colorado Mortgage, where they built relationships with referral sources and facilitated loans for commercial and residential borrowers.

Michael Waido attended Front Range Community College from 2005 to 2006, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. During this time, they studied Economics, Communication, Education, Science, English, and History. Michael then went on to attend Colorado State University from 2006 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. It is also mentioned that Michael holds a certification called the Colorado Secondary Social Studies Initial Teaching License, obtained from the Colorado Department of Education.
