Susan Harelson

Susan Harelson has worked as a Spanish Teacher and English Language Acquisition Teacher at Poudre School District since 2000. In their role as a Spanish Teacher, they have added world language exploration classes for 6th graders and Spanish 1 for 8th graders to their schedule. Susan also works with English language learners and teaches Spanish to some of their ELL students as Heritage learners. At Blevins Middle School, Susan worked as an ELA teacher from 2012 to 2013.

Susan Harelson completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education at Colorado State University from 1988 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree at The University of Southern Mississippi from 1998 to 1999, specializing in teaching languages with an emphasis in Spanish.
