Kristen Scott

Kristen Scott is a behavioral health clinical therapist currently employed at UCHealth since July 2025, following a similar role at the Health District of Northern Larimer County from June 2024 to July 2025. Prior to these positions, Kristen served as a senior coordinator for development and global initiatives at Human Rights Watch from July 2018 to June 2024. Additional experience includes counseling graduate internships at Northpoint Recovery and Larimer County, as well as various roles at Human Rights Watch, Systems Unlimited, Inc., Liberty in North Korea, and Coe College Writing Center. Kristen holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Coe College, along with ongoing education at the School for International Training.
