Nicole Schell

Nicole Schell has a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Nicole served as Senior HR Services Director at UCHealth starting in 2017. Prior to that, they held positions such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Douglas County Hospital, Director of Human Resources at Perham Health, HR Manager at the University of Minnesota, and HR Advisor (Business Partner) at Sanford Health. Throughout their career, Nicole demonstrated expertise in compensation, benefits, talent management, employee relations, and organization development.

Nicole Schell holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Services Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead and an MBA in Health Administration from the University of Colorado Denver. Nicole also has various certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as other areas related to leadership and human resources.
