Sarah Caffrey has a diverse work experience in process improvement and supply chain management. Sarah started their career at GE Capital Vendor Financial Services as an Operations Process Consultant and later moved on to GE Commercial Finance, where they held roles as Quality Leader and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Sarah then transitioned to Children's Hospital Colorado as the Director of Performance Improvement, Quality, and Patient Safety Department. Subsequently, they worked at UCHealth, where they held roles as Director of Process Improvement, Director of Supply Chain, and Director of Warehouse Operations. In 2007, Sarah started their own consulting business, CCA Associates, as a Principal focusing on streamlining business processes to improve profitability.

Sarah Caffrey graduated from Trinity-Pawling School in 1985 with a HS Diploma. Sarah then attended The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences from 1990 to 1993, earning a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Medical Services Management. Sarah later pursued their MBA at Fordham Gabelli School of Business from 1997 to 1999 as part of the Deming Scholars Program.
