Shane Seifert

Shane Seifert, MHA, currently serves as the Manager of Special Projects in Nursing Administration at UCHealth since June 2022, after completing the role of Administrative Fellow. Prior experience includes an Administrative Resident at UNC Health, where Shane identified gaps in nursing care to enhance CLABSI prevention efforts, and a Project Associate position at CentraCare, where Shane led a successful Supply Chain initiative that saved over $2 million. Additional roles involved implementing performance dashboards, process improvements in critical care settings, and training in long-term care management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration from Concordia College.
