Triesha Foglia Edwards

Triesha Foglia-Edwards has extensive experience in the field of special education and student support services, currently serving as a Special Education Advocate at Open Doors Educational Advocates since May 2012 and as the Coordinator of Student Support Services at Poughkeepsie City School District since December 2019. Previous roles include Director of Special Education at both Ellenville Central School District and Arlington Central School District, along with CSE Chairperson at Hyde Park Central School District. Triesha Foglia-Edwards began a career in education as a School Psychologist at Minisink Valley Central Schools and has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at SUNY Orange. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership and Administration from SUNY New Paltz, a Master of Arts in School Psychology from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University.
