Lars Normann

Lars Normann is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in finance, operations, and project management. Currently serving as CFO at Kammeradvokaten/Lawfirm Poul Schmith since January 2007, Lars oversees finance, IT, and services operations, including a team of 50 staff. Notably, Lars implemented a new budget model to analyze budget deviations comprehensively. Previously, Lars held senior roles at Nykredit Realkredit A/S and IBM, where responsibilities included project management in group finance and budgeting, respectively. Lars's career began at PwC Consulting, with involvement in significant projects focused on cost optimization and strategic development. Additionally, Lars has experience as Head of Section at the Ministry of Industry & Trade, focusing on analyzing business sectors to support political initiatives. Lars holds degrees in economics from Aalborg University and an MSc in International Business from the University of Reading, complemented by further education at Copenhagen Business School.
