Roberto Germán Garrido

Roberto Germán Garrido is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager for Pepco Germany and as Human Resources Director for Pepco Iberia, actively involved in the merger process between Dealz and Pepco. Additionally, Roberto holds a board member position at Asociación Retail Textil España (ARTE) and has extensive HR experience with Poundland & Dealz, where responsibilities include leading HR for Dealz Spain and facilitating sustainable growth. Previously, Roberto held various leadership roles at Carrefour from November 1999 to January 2014, including Training Director and HR Regional Director, successfully implementing HR strategies across multiple hypermarkets. Roberto holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, as well as a qualification in Labour Risk Prevention from the University of Deusto.
