Steve Young

Steve Young has extensive experience in the retail sector, currently serving as the Head of Labour and Productivity at Poundland & Dealz since October 2017, where responsibilities also include the roles of Retail Productivity Lead and Operating Model Development Manager. Prior to this, Steve Young spent over two decades at Asda in various capacities, including Project Manager, Wage Planning Manager, and numerous retail management positions within stores. Steve Young began education at Coundon Court.
