Tom Marey

Tom Marey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tom is currently the Head of People at Pourdebon.com since March 2023. Prior to this, they held a similar role as Head of People at epicery starting from September 2021.

From October 2018 to September 2021, Tom worked at Quitoque as a Responsable RH. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment, HR support for managers, implementation of HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and managing absenteeism. Tom also handled career development, training, and performance reviews.

Before that, Tom gained international experience in South America from September 2017 to February 2018. During this time, they traveled to Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia. Tom engaged in language learning and volunteered in farms and associations.

Tom's previous roles include being a Chargé RH at L'Oréal from September 2016 to September 2017, a Stagiaire - Chargé de RH at Fondation PSP-Actes from June 2016 to September 2016, a Stagiaire - Chargé de recrutement at ADAPEI-AM from June 2015 to September 2015, and a Stagiaire - Droit du Travail at Cabinet Courtaud Piccerelle Zanotti Avocats Associés from June 2013 to September 2013.

Tom Marey earned a Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Science from Université Côte d'Azur from 2011 to 2014. Tom then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Law and International Legal Studies from Maastricht University from 2013 to 2014. Tom then completed their Master's degree in Labor Law from Aix-Marseille University from 2014 to 2016. Finally, they obtained a Master 2 degree in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from CIFFOP from 2016 to 2017.
