Filip Panoski is a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant with extensive experience in frontend development and team leadership. Currently working at Povio since April 2021, Filip leads frontend projects, implements a design system from the ground up, and ensures adherence to industry best practices in user experience and accessibility. At Metergram, Filip contributes by mentoring frontend developers and enhancing code quality across projects while designing frontend architecture to align with clients' business objectives. Previous roles as a Full Stack Developer at Polar Cape and Full Stack Engineer at Seavus involved creating maintainable React structures, developing a significant Proof of Concept, integrating AWS solutions, and modernizing legacy applications using microservices and agile methodologies. Filip holds an education from the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering in Skopje.
