Jennifer Hunter Ment

Jennifer Hunter Ment is a Program Coordinator at Powderhorn Mountain Resort, leading the learn to ski for free program since December 2019. With extensive outdoor adventure experience, Jennifer has worked as a White Water Raft Guide for several companies, including OARS Canyonlands and Beaver Brook Outfitters, and has a long history of guiding at White Water Challengers. Jennifer's background in education includes positions as an Elementary Remedial Math Teacher and a Special Education Teacher within various school districts, along with roles as a Rental Technician and Child Care Provider at the Children's Learning Center at Windham Mountain. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Elementary Special Education and a Master's in Elementary Education from SUNY New Paltz, along with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Northland College.
