Phil Tyler is an experienced operations and manufacturing professional with a strong background in various leadership roles within prominent companies. Currently serving as Operations Director at Powdertech Surface Science since October 2021, Phil previously held the position of Head of Manufacturing at Oxford Instruments, where responsibilities included overseeing the manufacturing strategy for Cryogenics products and ensuring quality, delivery, and cost-efficiency. Prior experience includes Production Manager at Knorr-Bremse and Quality Manager on the Crossrail Project, where Phil implemented continuous improvement initiatives and established quality processes.
