Jessica Lum

Jessica Lum is the Grants Manager for Powell Economic Partnership/ Powell Chamber/ Powell Visitor Center. Her primary task is to coordinate PEP’s Intermediary AmeriCorps VISTA Program which funds nine VISTA positions. This program builds capacity and addresses poverty in the community at seven sites throughout Powell. As the VISTA Intermediary Supervisor Jessica manages the grant to maintain program compliance. She is also the liaison between PEP and its subsites. She helps PEP’s subsites to create position descriptions, recruit, and onboard VISTAs for each position.
