Ann Cartner

Ann Cartner is an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a background in project management and process improvement across various industries. Currently employed at Powell since March 2021, Ann has designed and built assembly cells for DC breakers and implemented software solutions for manufacturing processes. Prior experience includes roles at Chick Master, where project insourcing resulted in UL certification of electrical control panels, and ASCO Power Technologies, where production routings were created and maintained in a sheet metal fabrication plant. Ann has also held management positions at CCG Automation, Curtis Wright, and The Trane Company, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to efficiency and delivery improvements. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a high school diploma from Phillips Exeter Academy.
