Nelson Taveras

Nelson Taveras is a senior R&D engineer II at Powell, with previous experience as a business owner at Dustwood Design Studios. With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing furniture, marketing displays, and custom fixtures, Nelson has a background in product design and development. Taveras has also held roles such as Senior Engineer at Dickson Furniture Manufacturers, Design and Production Manager at Paló, diseños creativos, and Production Manager at Link Partners RD. Nelson has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) and has experience managing workshops and stores.
