Caolan Duffy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caolan started their career as a Junior Fund Accountant at IPSI in 2011 and then worked as an Accounts Assistant at Abbott in 2013. Caolan joined AIB in 2014 as part of the Corporate Banking team. In 2016, Caolan moved to Deloitte Ireland and had various roles, including Corporate Finance - Senior, Assistant Manager Corporate Finance, and Manager - Corporate Finance. Currently, they are working at Power Capital Renewable Energy as the Corporate Finance Manager and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Caolan Duffy obtained a Master's Degree in Risk Management and Financial Regulation from Queen's University Belfast in 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Banking and Finance at University College Dublin from 2008 to 2011. Caolan'searlier education includes receiving a Leaving Certificate from Patrician High School in 2008.
