Marilyne Rougeau

Marilyne Rougeau is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Power Corporation of Canada since April 2018, after previously holding the title of Legal Counsel. In addition, Marilyne has been a member of the board of directors at L'Arrêt-Source since May 2017. Prior to these roles, Marilyne worked at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP from July 2012 to April 2018, where significant contributions included participation in the student and intern committee and the Women in Norton Rose committee. A brief secondment as a lawyer at BOMBARDIER occurred in 2013. Marilyne's legal education includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Université de Montréal and a background in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from HEC Montréal, complemented by an exchange program at Strathclyde Business School.
