Matt Whalen

Matt Whalen, CPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Power Digital Marketing since May 2021. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of CFO at MRC Smart Technology Solutions, a Xerox Company, from 2010 to May 2021, where significant accomplishments included supporting revenue growth from $45 million to $222 million over a decade and overseeing acquisitions and ERP conversions for multiple companies. Matt progressed through various roles within MRC, starting as Accounting Manager and advancing to CFO within five years. Previous experience includes roles as a Tax Preparer at L. Scott Shields, CPA, a Staffing Consultant at PrideStaff Financial, and a Staff Accountant at Considine & Considine. Matt holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of San Diego.
