Cesar del Rosario

Cesar Del Rosario is a Project Engineer at Power Dimension Incorporated since March 2022. Prior to this, Cesar worked as a Civil Project Engineer as a freelancer starting in January 2022. Cesar also served as a CE Instructor at Northwest Samar State University - Calbayog City from June 2017 to December 2021. Additionally, Cesar has experience as an Assistant Engineer in Planning/Estimation at Northwest Samar State University from December 2010 to May 2014, as well as a QA Engineer and Quantity Surveyor at GulfLandscapes from April 2008 to January 2011.
