Chris Postma, P.E. is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in transmission planning and reliability considerations. Currently serving as a Sr. Advisor at POWER Engineers since 2013, Chris coordinates reliability and resilience efforts with various electrical infrastructure owners and previously managed the transmission planning department, focusing on complex system modeling and analysis. Active in industry organizations, Chris holds the position of Vice-Chair for the IEEE PES Transmission Subcommittee's Reliability Impact of Inverter-Based Resources Working Group. Prior experience includes roles at Black & Veatch specializing in facility design and transmission planning.
