Jeff Wong is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer operations and professional services across leading organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at Power Factors since June 2025, Jeff previously held the same title at FORM from September 2017 to June 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing customer engagement and servicing for a mobile workforce platform. Jeff's career began at Intralinks in June 2007, progressing through various roles, including Senior Director of Professional Services and Director of Professional Services Technical Delivery, ultimately leading teams that executed major project deliveries and operational transformations. Jeff Wong holds an MBA in General Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA in Psychology from Colby College.
