Mahru Sultana

Mahru Sultana is currently the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Power Factors, having previously held a Senior Manager position at the same company. Prior to that, Mahru was a Talent Acquisition Leader at Cummins Inc. and a Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry. Mahru has also worked at Bayer Pharmaceutical, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Amazon in various roles related to IT, Pharma, and HR. At Johnson Controls, Mahru served as a Talent Acquisition Leader, and at WilsonHCG, Mahru was a Talent Acquisition Manager. Mahru holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from AM University and a Diploma in Training & Development from ICM, UK.
