Dr Jawahar G

Dr. Jawahar G has over three decades of experience in the field of HR, starting as an HR Officer at National Hydro-electric Power Corporation in 1989. Dr Jawahar then moved to POWERGRID in 1992, where they held various managerial roles, focusing on human resources development, training, and organizational initiatives. In 2013, they joined Power Finance Corporation Ltd., where they served as the Chief General Manager HR and later as the Executive Director HR, overseeing employee welfare, engagement, training, and performance management. Dr. Jawahar G has extensive experience in fostering positive work cultures and developing learning organizations.

Dr. Jawahar G obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thiagarajar College of Arts, Madurai. Dr Jawahar then pursued an MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Bachelor of Law in Labour Law from Government Law College, Trichy. Subsequently, they earned a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management and Training Development Sector from Jamia Millia Islamia. Additionally, they received certifications in areas such as Executive Coaching, Emotional Intelligence Assessment, and Psychometric Testing and Assessment from various institutions.
