Ana Ordonez

Ana Ordonez, PHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Ana started their career at Jabil as a Human Resources Representative, where they managed benefits administration, leaves of absence, and partnered with hiring managers on staffing and recruitment. Ana also handled onboarding and new hire orientations. Ana then moved on to Headway Technologies as a Human Resources Specialist, where they managed leave of absence administration, communicated company policies and procedures, and assisted with employee relations and workers compensation issues. After that, they joined LoanCity as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where they partnered with managers across multiple locations in the US on recruiting and staffing needs. In their current role at Power Integrations, they continue to work as a Senior Human Resources Generalist.

Ana Ordonez, PHR holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance from San Diego State University. Ana also possesses a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute/Society of Human Resource Management, which they acquired starting in 2010. Additionally, Ana has an Associate of Arts degree from Grossmont College.
