Sandeep Nayyar

Sandeep Nayyar is the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Power Integrations. Sandeep has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Nayyar started their career at Quantum Corporation in 1990, where they held various positions in finance and accounting before being promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2000. In 2001, they left Quantum to join Applied Biosystems as Vice President of Finance. Sandeep held this position until 2009, when Applied Biosystems was acquired by Life Technologies. Nayyar then joined Power Integrations, where they have been serving as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer since 2010.

After completing their Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Delhi University, Sandeep Nayyar pursued a certification from the State Board of Accountancy in California to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Sandeep then went on to obtain a certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India to become a Chartered Accountant (CA).
