Sandeep Nayyar

Sandeep Nayyar is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Power Integrations since 2010. Additionally, Sandeep serves at SMART Global Holdings as a Board Member, Lead Independent Director, Audit Chair, and a Member of the Nominating & Governance Committee since 2014. Prior to these roles, Sandeep held the position of Vice President Finance at Applied Biosystems from 2001 to 2009 and at Quantum Corporation from 1990 to 2000. Sandeep graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom - Honors degree from Delhi University.
