Bino Sebastian

Bino Sebastian has over 20 years of work experience in supply chain and procurement roles. BINO is currently the Group Strategic Sourcing & Planning Director at Power International Holding, where they oversee all aspects of professional procurement and leads the procurement and supply chain agenda for the group. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Procurement and Supply Chain at Power International Holding, where they were responsible for sourcing products/services and managing inbound logistics.

Before joining Power International Holding, Bino worked as the Group Supply Chain Manager at Rental Solutions and Services, where they improved processes, optimized inventories, and ensured efficient supply chain functioning. BINO also held various roles at Aggreko, including Global Inventory & Material Planning Manager, Inventory Manager, and Inventory Analyst, where they managed inventory, distribution, and supply chain capabilities on a global scale.

Bino started their career as a Business Analyst at Tata Motors.

Bino Sebastian obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Indira Institute Of Business Management in Pune from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St Aloysious College in Mangalore from 1994 to 1997. Currently, Bino Sebastian is pursuing an MCIPS degree. In terms of certifications, they have completed courses such as "Implementing Supply Chain Management" from LinkedIn, "Negotiation Skills" from LinkedIn, and "Six Sigma Green Belt" from Six Sigma Green Belt.
