Nisrine Ammach has over 20 years of experience in treasury and corporate finance, working for various organizations. Nisrine most recently served as the Group Head of Treasury at Power International Holding, where they led the transformation of treasury functions and focused on balance sheet management. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Treasury and Corporate Finance at Nebras Power QSC, overseeing treasury management and balance sheet management. Nisrine also has experience as a Treasury Director at National Holding and as a Treasury Manager at Exeed Industries. Their earlier career includes roles at Arab Bank, where they held positions in corporate and investment banking. Throughout their career, Nisrine has demonstrated expertise in asset-liability management, liquidity management, counterparty risk management, and capital structure planning. Nisrine has a strong track record in financial management and has played a key role in the development and implementation of treasury management frameworks.

Nisrine Ammach CMA, CertCFF began their education at Collège Protestant Français, where they obtained a French General Secondary Diploma from 1983 to 1995. Following this, they attended Saint Joseph University of Beirut, where they completed a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from 1995 to 1999.

Continuing their education, Nisrine Ammach CMA, CertCFF pursued Pre Doctoral Studies/Diploma of Higher Studies in Business Administration at Saint Joseph University of Beirut from 1999 to 2002, earning a DEA-Pre Doctoral Studies/Diploma of Higher Studies in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their formal education, Nisrine Ammach CMA, CertCFF has also obtained several certifications. Nisrine became a Certified Management Accountant-USA through the Institute of Management Accountants in September 2012. Nisrine also completed the Online Trading Foundation Program and received a Certificate of completion from the Academy of Financial Trading in June 2015. Additionally, they earned a CertCFF (Certificate in Corporate Finance and Funding) from the Association of Corporate Treasurers in June 2015.
