Dr. Sokhil Dakkak

Dr. Sokhil Dakkak has over 19 years of experience in human resources management. Dr. Sokhil has served as the Human Resources Director at Elegancia Group since May 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at UCC Holding from December 2020 and July 2013, and at Power International Holding from July 2017. Previously, Dr. Dakkak worked as the Regional Human Resources Manager - MENA at Alfa Laval from January 2010 to June 2013. Dr. Sokhil also served as the Group Human Resources & Admin Director at Efad Holding from February 2005 to January 2009, and as the Group Human Resources & Admin Manager at Planet Group from December 2002 to January 2005.

Dr. Sokhil Dakkak obtained a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Development from the Swiss School of Business and Management from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their MBA in HRM from Halifax from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Dr. Dakkak has obtained various certifications in subjects like Fair and Effective Interviewing for Diversity and Inclusion, HR Roles in the Modern Workplace, Align Recruiting with Job Requirements, and several others from LinkedIn. The certifications were obtained between November 2020 and September 2023.
