Dave Mills has extensive experience in the engineering and design field. Dave started their career at Rainbow Design Services, Inc. in 2006 as a Drafter, where they demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic arithmetic skills. Dave later became a Designer, responsible for creating and modifying detailed drawings using software programs such as AutoCAD. In 2009, they were promoted to Supervisor, overseeing a team of 10 employees and ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence for their customers. In 2011, they were promoted once again, this time to Manager, where they had oversight of approximately 40 employees and continued to ensure successful project delivery. Dave joined Power of Design Group, LLC in 2017 as a Fiber Designer and later took on the role of Project Manager for Fiber/Small Cell Design. Currently, they serve as the Director of ISP/OSP Fiber Engineering at POD. Through their various roles, Dave has consistently demonstrated their expertise and commitment to achieving company and personal goals.

Dave Mills has a diverse education history that spans various fields and certifications. In 2016, they completed the Organizational Leadership Module Training and Leadership Training for Managers programs at Dale Carnegie. That same year, they also obtained a certification in Navigating the Fiber to the Home Roadmap from the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers.

In 2015, Dave Mills attended Dale Carnegie and completed the Skills for Success program. Prior to these formal education experiences, there is no available information on their schooling or field of study.
