Bruce Dobie

Bruce Dobie has a strong background in media and digital platforms. Bruce was the President/CEO at Power Poll, an interactive polling platform, starting in November 2018. Prior to that, Dobie founded Dobie Media, Inc. in 2008, where they served as President/CEO and operated the online entertainment portal eviesays.com. Bruce also worked as Editor and Co-Owner at Nashville Scene, an award-winning newsweekly, from 1989 to 2004. Dobie's early career includes a position as a Reporter at Nashville Banner from 1983 to 1989.

Bruce Dobie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of the South, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Journalism from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism, completing their studies in 1983.
