Mark Rogers, CPA

Mark Rogers, CPA has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Mark currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance at Power Services Group, Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Controller at Global HR Research from May 2021 to February 2023. Before that, they held various roles at Global HR Research, including Director of Finance and Accounting from May 2020 to May 2021 and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2019 to 2020.

Prior to that, they served as the Director, Finance and Controller - Kysor/Warren at Lennox International from 2016 to 2018. Mark also worked as the Senior Manager, Financial Operations at Kysor Warren at Lennox International from 2015 to 2016 and as the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis at Lennox National Account Services from 2011 to 2015.

Earlier in their career, Mark worked in various roles including Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis - North America Commercial, Manager, Corporate Audit, and Senior, Corporate Audit at Lennox International. Mark also served as the Lead Auditor at Emmis Communications from 2004 to 2005.

Mark began their career at Ernst & Young LLP where they worked as Senior, Business Process Services from 2003 to 2004. Before that, they worked as an Auditor at Clarian Health Networks from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they worked as a Staff Auditor at both Ernst & Young LLP and Arthur Andersen from 2001 to 2002.

Mark Rogers, CPA obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Ball State University from 1996 to 2001. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ball State University - Miller College of Business.
