Richard T.

Richard T. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2020 onwards, they have worked at Power Solutions International, where they held positions such as Director of Compliance and Compensation, Director of Compliance Program, and Compliance Program Manager. In these roles, they managed compliance programs, provided project management and compliance oversight, and served as an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor.

Prior to that, Richard T. was a Graduate Student at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2015 to 2017, specializing in Occupational Therapy.

From 2009 to 2014, Richard T. served as the Chief Executive Officer and Agency Administrator at JCH Home Health Care, where they led the overall operations of the home healthcare agency and implemented a shift from a paper-based system to an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

From 2006 to 2009, they were the President and Agency Administrator at Donnarich Home Health Care, where they oversaw operations, recruitment, training, and strategic oversight. Richard conducted market research and engaged in discussions with healthcare professionals to identify gaps in patient care.

Richard T. also has experience working at the Chicago Transit Authority from 2001 to 2004 as a Procurement Administrator, where they evaluated multi-million dollar projects and made recommendations to the board.

Additionally, they worked at Newark-in-One from 1999 to 2001 as a Buyer/Project Planner, where they managed forecast demand and implemented projects for inventory management and systems improvement.

Richard T. has a Master of Science degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. Richard also holds a Master of Jurisprudence degree in Business Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Richard T. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Ateneo de Manila University. In addition, they have a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in December 2020.
