Beau Warren

Beau Warren has a wide range of work experience in various leadership roles. Beau'smost recent position was as the CEO of Power Stop LLC starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the President of the Americas at Weber Inc. from December 2021 to August 2022, and as the Senior Vice President & General Manager, U.S. from January 2019 to December 2021. Before joining Weber Inc., Beau held the position of Vice President of Digital Commerce and Strategic Capabilities at Moen Incorporated from September 2015 to January 2019. Beau also served as the Vice President of eCommerce at Wilton Brands from October 2013 to September 2015, and at Sears Hometown & Outlet Stores, Inc. as the Divisional Vice President & GM, eCommerce and Integrated Retail from October 2012 to October 2013, as well as the Director of eCommerce & Marketing from February 2011 to October 2012. Further back in their career, Beau worked as an Associate Brand Manager at HJ Heinz from September 2009 to February 2011, and as a Product Management & Marketing Analytics Manager at M&T Bank from July 2006 to September 2009. Beau began their professional journey in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Officer (Captain) from May 1998 to August 2004.

Beau Warren earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy from 1994 to 1998. Beau later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The Wharton School from 2004 to 2006.
