Development and Management

The Development and Management team at Power to Change focuses on fostering relationships with partners and donors, coordinating fundraising initiatives, and managing grants. They creatively develop strategies and resources to support organizational growth while also enhancing leadership skills within the team and the wider community. Their goal is to ensure sustainable support for the mission of helping people know Jesus and equipping Christians to share their faith.
