Katarina Grapsas

Katarina Grapsas is an experienced professional in customer success and health promotion, currently holding the position of Customer Success Manager at Power2Practice since March 2018. Responsibilities include implementing and onboarding new customers while fostering relationships for long-term growth and product upselling. Prior roles include serving as a Prevention Specialist at PEER Services, educating students on drug prevention, and as a Health Promotion Coordinator Assistant at Eastern Illinois University, focusing on health education programs. With foundational experience in student worker positions at the Office of the Registrar and Office of Admissions at Eastern Illinois University, as well as customer service expertise gained at Old Navy, Katarina carries a strong background in both customer engagement and health education.
