June Adams

June Adams has over 20 years of experience as an executive in major corporations. From 2016 to present, they have been the CEO of PowerCalc(TM), a company committed to excellence in engineering with the goal to design power distribution systems. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Chief Ethics Counsel and Privacy Officer at ADT LLC. From 2007 to 2012, they were the Assistant General Counsel at Tyco International: ADT Security Services Inc. From 1999 to 2007, they were the Corporate Counsel at Siemens Corporation.

June Adams has a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Kentucky, a MSS in Public Administration from Utah State University, a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. June also holds certifications from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) as a CCEP Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional, as well as a Certified Women Business Enterprise, a Green Belt from Six Signma, and memberships in the Florida Bar, Kentucky Bar, and various Federal and State Courts.
