Annette Malm Justad

Annette Malm Justad has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. In that year, they were appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors for American Shipping Company ASA. In 2011, they were appointed a Non-executive Director for Awilco LNG ASA. In 2012, they were appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors for Store Norske Spitsbergen Kulkompani AS. In 2014, they were appointed a Non-executive Director for the Port of London Authority. In 2015, they were appointed Chairman of the Board for SeaBird Exploration plc. In 2017, they became a Partner for Recore Norway AS. In 2018, they were appointed Chairman of the Board for Norske tog. In 2020, they were appointed Non Executive Director for both PowerCell Sweden AB and TORM. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Vice Chairman Of The Board for RECSilicon.

Annette Malm Justad has a Master in Technology Management from MIT (Sloane School)/NTH/NHH, which they completed in 1995. Annette Malm also holds a Master in Chemical Engineering from Norges Tekniske Høyskole, which they completed in 1983.
