Caglar Ulusoy

Caglar Ulusoy is an experienced engineering professional specializing in manufacturing and project management within the automotive and energy sectors. Currently serving as the EV Battery Equipment Planning & Commissioning lead for Gigafactory Projects at PowerCo since May 2024, Caglar is responsible for defining project objectives related to electrode equipment and enhancing communication between suppliers and internal teams. Previously, Caglar held various positions at Bosch from January 2019 to May 2024, including Lead Manufacturing Engineer for injector assembly lines and Senior Expert Manufacturing Engineer for injector test and assembly lines. Caglar's earlier experience includes working at Çimtaş Group as an Expert Manufacturing Engineer, where leadership of a production team and implementation of lean principles were key responsibilities. Caglar holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cukurova University.
