Laura Kilne is a seasoned professional in the fields of compensation and benefits and performance management, currently serving as a Senior Expert at PowerCo SE since November 2022. Laura's experience encompasses critical roles at various organizations, including FREE NOW, where notable contributions were made during a phase of hyper-growth, and IKEA Group Germany, where strategic partnerships were established within the Total Rewards framework. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior HR Solutions Expert at the European Central Bank, overseeing compensation for a significant workforce, and holding the position of Principal HR Expert at Lietuvos bankas. Laura holds an MBA in Digital Transformation Management from Goethe University Frankfurt and a Master of Laws from Mykolas Romeris University.
