Sebastian Mahlke

Sebastian Mahlke currently serves as the Head of Mass Production Planning and Project Team Leader for Electrode manufacturing at PowerCo SE, a position held since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Volkswagen AG from August 2011 to December 2022, where responsibilities encompassed leading projects in electrode manufacturing and serving as a Planning Expert in both electrode and crankshaft production. Key contributions involved developing production concepts, planning equipment for manufacturing lines, and overseeing national and international production line start-ups. Sebastian Mahlke holds a Master of Business Studies for Engineers (M.B.Eng.) and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering, both from Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences.
