Dana Permuy

As Co-Chairman, Dana has laid the groundwork for Power Design's success since inception in 1989. Her passion for

branding, meticulous attention to detail and business savvy has been essential to the company's evolution into a

Fortune and Inc. Best Workplace.

Dana handles all hometown aspects of the company; monitoring financial data, maintaining relationships with

business and financial vendors, and overseeing changes to improve financial performance. She has played an

integral role in every company milestone, from establishing Power Design's five core values and the employee

recognition program, ACE, to designing an unparalleled campus experience at each corporate office throughout the

years. Despite her easy-going demeanor, with two golf club championships under her belt, Dana is a fierce

competitor.
